How much room do I need?
Approximately a 17' by 20' area should be plenty of room for the Bouncy (17'x25' for the slide). The area should be level, free of rocks, dirt, sand, sticks etc. and any ground sprinkler system should be shut off and not protruding. The unit must be within 70 feet of an outlet. Please clean up the area in which the unit or slide is to be placed.
How many people can be in the inflatable at one time?
1. Children 8 and under: up to 10 at a time
2. Children 9-12: 5-7 at a time
3. Bigger teens: No more than 4 at a time
Who sets up the Bouncy House or Slide?
We set up the Bouncy House or Slide and take it down when we come to pick it up. We ask that if you have finished playing with the Bouncy House or Slide please do not shut down the blower. The unit must be inflated before it is taken down so that we can inspect and possibly do a preliminary cleaning of the unit.
Can I cancel my rental?
Yes, you can cancel your rental. But please try to give at least a 48-hour notice of your cancellation. Also there is no cancellation fee. No refunds will be given once the Bouncy House or Slide has been setup.
Are the units clean?
Yes, they are! Each unit is cleaned before delivery. We do not allow food, drink, gum, Silly String, shoes or pets in the units for this very reason.
Do you require a deposit?
We do not require a deposit.
What is the policy in case of rain or high wind?
The Bouncy House must not be used when it is wet or if winds are 20 mph or more.
Wind - If the local weather is calling for rain or winds of 15-20 mph or more on your reserved day and both you and the Good Clean Fun Co. agree before delivery that it may be unsafe to use, then we will cancel the rental.
Rain - If the inside of the bouncy house becomes wet everyone should exit the unit and the blower is unplugged. Once the rain stops, turn the blower back on and dry the unit with towels. Once dry, it should be safe to use.

Can a Bouncy House be set up indoors?
Yes, we provide sandbags to secure the bouncy, however the most secure anchoring system is in the ground. (Slides cannot be set up indoors)
How safe are your Inflatables?
Our units are constructed with quality and safety in mind. All of our Bouncy Houses have the "child safety ramp/step" for safe and easy access and are constructed from very durable vinyl and mesh netting. Each of our units is equipped with a non-removable list of rules. We can also supply recommended guidelines for safe use and recommended number of children that should be allowed to use the unit at one time.
Our slides incorporate the new "front facing" technique, which allow parents/adults the ability to view the riders as they ascend the padded steps as well as during the sliding down, all on the same side.
Do you accept credit cards?
No, I am sorry, at this time we are not able too, but keep checking back.
How long is the rental period?
Between 5-8 hours (in some cases longer or shorter depending on our delivery and pick up schedule as well as your need).
Is there a General Rules/Release of Liability that I must sign before using the Bouncy House or Slide?
Yes, as with all rental companies we do have a Liability Waiver that our customers must read, clearly understand and sign prior to anyone using our equipment. We can E-MAIL, FAX, or deliver a copy to you at your request prior to your rental if you would like. At delivery, we ask that you have read the document and that you sign a copy for our records.
